and copying them into an email* to the order-address below.
* Do not use Yahoo mail. You might not get the answer, because they
could trash it as spam. They often blacklist our IP for unknown reasons.

To speed up the preparation of your order, do not forget to include your
address. Also state whether you will be paying by bank or with Paypal.
First-time EU customers: In case you are VAT registered, send us your VAT
number and the officially registered name, so we can charge you ex-VAT prices.

If parts are not listed and priced on the site, they are NOT in stock. When they do
have a price, they are. So please do not ask for availability. Much time is invested in
keeping the site up-to-date and no time will be wasted answering the same unneeded
questions again and again. For the same reason, questions about prices will not be
answered either, except when items are marked with RFQ. All prices are listed on this site.

Because of the often limited availability of many of the above items, no reservations
will be made on them unless a definitive order has been received. If, after placing an
order, payment has not been received within 7 days, reservation will be cancelled.

PAYMENT
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL, BANK-TRANSFER OR CASH BY (REGISTERED) MAIL

Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment for countries within the Euro-zone.
But for transactions outside the Euro-zone, bank costs might be in no proportion to the
actual value of the goods. Paypal service is therefore supplied as a cheaper alternative.
Western Union or cash payments are accepted when Paypal service is not
available in your country. NO cheques or money orders. NO credit cards.
Do not send payments before receiving the official total. Unsolicited
payments will be returned. Email for further details.

SHIPPING
Parcels are shipped by Priority Airmail at actual postage costs.
For handling and packing materials, a standard contribution of € 1.00 is added.
WARNING!
We will not accept ANY responsibility for shipments that are not registered and/or insured.
The standard method of shipping is by Priority Airmail, which is fast, cheap and almost always
without interference and delay from customs. However, it has no Track and Trace. The percentage
of lost shipments is much smaller than the percentage of insurance fees you will have to pay, but if
a parcel indeed gets damaged or missing, the risk is yours and yours only and there will be no refund.
Registration and/or insurance on request.
For France, goods are shipped by registered mail only. It has the highest percentage
of missing or undelived packages and we don't like unhappy customers.
Shipments to China ONLY registered, insured and signed for.
